What You'll Do

As a Director – Sales & Partnerships (UK & Europe), you’ll play a key role in driving growth with leading top advertising holding agencies, and leading pharma and OTC companies, selling Doceree’s breakthrough solutions like Premium Programmatic and RepTwin that are shaping how brands engage HCPs.

  • Win new business and expand existing partnerships with top advertising agencies, and leading pharma and OTC companies across the UK & European markets
  • Own the end-to-end sales process – from prospecting to closing high-value deals and managing ongoing strategic relationships/accounts
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets while delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Partner with AdOps and internal teams to ensure flawless campaign delivery and performance
  • Unlock upsell opportunities, strengthen relationship and feed valuable market insights back to product teams
  • Position Doceree as the only AI-powered operating system for healthcare marketing



Who You Are

  • 10+ years in digital media/advertising sales within the OTC and pharma space
  • Strong existing relationships with top advertising holding agencies, and leading pharma and OTC companies across the UK and European markets
  • Expert in digital media and healthcare advertising
  • Programmatic advertising experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Skilled at building executive-level partnerships and navigating complex, consultative sales cycles
  • Driven, motivated, and passionate about shaping the future of HCP advertising while unlocking unlimited earning potential
  • Professional fluency in other languages is a plus
