A leading consultancy renowned for delivering high-quality, bespoke, high-value projects is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveying Director to establish and lead its London office. This is a rare opportunity to shape the vision, culture, and growth of a new regional hub, leading complex projects and building a high-performing team from the ground up.

Working closely with private clients, developers, contractors, and stakeholders, the consultancy focuses on maximising value, mitigating risk, and optimising outcomes on every assignment.
Directors are expected to champion quality, foster client trust, mentor emerging talent, and drive revenue growth across the office and project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and lead the London office, shaping strategy, culture, and operational standards.
Provide visible, in-person leadership, inspiring a high-performing team.
Develop and maintain strategic client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery.
Oversee commercial and contract management for high-value, complex projects.
Mentor, coach, and recruit top-tier QS professionals to build a market-leading practice.
Drive business growth, revenue , and long-term commercial success.
Candidate Profile
Extensive senior QS experience in a consultancy environment, ideally with exposure to complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire teams in a high-profile office start-up or growth setting.
Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing large budgets and delivering business results.
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills at a senior level.
MRICS accreditation is essential.
Remuneration & Benefits
Up to £120k + pension + bonus
