Own the Transport Vision: Drive the citywide transport strategy, modelling and development controls that shape the region's mobility future. Build a Fully Integrated Mobility Ecosystem: Ensure all transport systems—from roads to next‑gen mobility—are aligned, data‑driven, and future‑ready. Guide Phasing & Network Readiness: Match mobility activation with development timelines to keep the city flowing seamlessly as it grows. Shape Policy for a Future‑Smart City: Develop policies for EV charging, zero‑emission zones, logistics, AI mobility, autonomous vehicles, airspace, events, and more. Lead Governance & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with regional authorities, government entities, service providers, and internal development teams. Own the Strategic Transport Model: Maintain, evolve, and leverage the model to drive decision‑making across the entire city lifecycle. Champion Customer Experience: Ensure mobility is not just functional, but exceptional—for residents, visitors, and businesses.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred (Engineering, Project Management, etc.). 25+ years of relevant transport, mobility, or infrastructure experience. PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Deep expertise in large‑scale transport planning, modelling, and strategy. Experience managing complex stakeholders and government engagements. A passion for future mobility, innovation, and smart‑city transport.
