Reporting to theChief Revenue Officer,the incumbent willbe responsible forthe following tasks for each distributor under their management:
Responsibilities
Plan and ensure the execution of strategic actions to support distributors and grow sales according to defined annual targets:
Identify, integrate, and develop strategic partnerships with bundled resellers, CMM HWRP partners, and OEMs
Manage and develop a network of distributors to ensureoptimalcoverage and performance
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve sales effectiveness
Monitor the competitive environment (pricing, products, distribution, promotions) that couldimpactPolyWorks’ competitive positioning in these markets
Define annualsalesobjectives, drive revenuegrowthand expand market reach
Regularly visit major distributors
Regularly assess partner performance,monitorforecasts, and conduct quarterly business reviews to evaluate progress, adjust strategy, andoptimizecollaboration
Resolvesituationsthat may arise within a non-exclusive distributor network
Collaboratecrossfunctionallywith other departments:
Work closely withProductManagers toidentifyintegration opportunities and collaborative innovation initiatives with partners, and contribute to feature planning based on market needs
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement joint campaigns (webinars, events, and partner-driven content)
Lead and mentor thePolyWorks Europadistribution team to ensureoptimalexecution of partnership strategies:
Define team priorities, provide coaching and performance feedback to foster professional development, and ensure quality andtimelydelivery of operational tasks
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
Participate in partnership agreement negotiations and develop partner integration plans
Lead the creation of partner-focused tools tofacilitatesolution adoption and highlight their value:
Customize video content for partners, training materials, step-by-step guides, onboarding resources, and interactive tutorials to educate them on product features and best practices
Negotiate and manage equipment loan agreements with partners for IM’s development and technical support teams (for classroom training, development projects, and testing):
Coordinate the annual audit (for each inventory held by partners) to ensure accuracy, accountability, and proper assetutilization.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales leadership roles within industrial technology or software sectors
Strong knowledge of distribution channel management
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Fluency in English;additionalEuropean languages are a plus
Willingness to travel across the EMEA region
