Job Title: Director of Quality Assurance and Institutional Effectiveness Location: Kuwait, position requires relocation. Note: The position accepts unaccompanied candidates only. Classification: Institutional Effectiveness. Location: Jahra, Kuwait Job Purpose The Director of Quality Assurance and Institutional Effectiveness is responsible for leading and overseeing all quality assurance, assessment, accreditation, and institutional effectiveness activities. The role ensures compliance with national and international accreditation standards, promotes a culture of continuous improvement, and supports data-driven decision-making across academic and administrative units. Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee institutional quality assurance, assessment, and institutional effectiveness processes Coordinate institutional and program-level accreditation activities, including self-studies, reports, and site visits Ensure ongoing compliance with national and international accreditation and quality standards Develop and maintain institutional assessment frameworks and performance indicators Collaborate with academic and administrative units to support continuous improvement initiatives Monitor, analyze, and report institutional effectiveness data to senior leadership Supervise quality assurance, accreditation, and assessment staff Support strategic planning and policy development related to quality and effectiveness Prepare reports and documentation for leadership, governing bodies, and accrediting agencies Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills And Qualifications

Strong knowledge of higher education quality assurance, accreditation, and assessment practices Demonstrated experience managing accreditation or institutional effectiveness processes Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work collaboratively across academic and administrative units High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information Proficiency in Microsoft Office and institutional data or reporting systems

Education and Experience

Doctoral degree in Education, Higher Education Administration, Institutional Research, or a related field (required) Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in quality assurance, accreditation, or institutional effectiveness within higher education Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
