A rapidly expanding boutique Hedge Fund are looking to hire a London based Director of Operations.

The hire will manage a small, but expanding team of operations / trader assistant / product control individuals. He/she will be tasked with improving, automating and building out existing operational infrastructure. The hire should also be prepared to work a hands-on remit with the team.

Candidates should be experienced hedge fund head of operations, more specifically having worked hands-on at boutique funds.

As this is the firm’s first hire at this level, they have budgeted an initial £300-400k TC to allow for the hire to be offered a guaranteed minimum package that should hopefully be a strong step up on their current comp. The expectation, regardless, is that the hire can earn more than £500k in future years.

It is possible to work from home for two days per week initially, with additional flexibility in the future.
