JOB TITLE: DIRECTOR OF INCOME GENERATION SALARY: £85,000 to £90,000 per annum LOCATION: Hybrid (UK based) with regular attendance at their London office

Prospectus are excited to be working exclusively with our client - the global charity for the working animals of the world was founded in 1923 to support working animals across the world - to help them recruit for their new Director of Income Generation. Today, more than 100 years on from the charity’s launch, the organisation works in approximately 22 low-income countries to improve the welfare of working animals, including horses, donkeys, mules, water buffalo, oxen and camels. The charity's mission is to transform the welfare of working animals in low-income countries.

The Director of Income Generation is part of the organisation's Senior Leadership Team leading, motivating and inspiring the organisation in line with their strategy, agreed values and behaviours. They are responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive Income Generation Strategy that ensures long-term sustainability and financial growth.
