Director of Housing Property Services needed in Bristol

The rate is £659.52 per day PAYE

The successful candidate will need experience of restructuring, repair & maintenance and Asset Strategy. It is a hands-on role and the expectation will be to be onsite three days a week, with an option to work remote for one/two.

This is a senior leadership role and the candidate will provide high-quality, affordable and energy efficient homes and will deliver sound financial and environmental returns on property and glebe assets, including developments and sales.

They will oversee the provision of high-level advice on buildings and land ownership, as required. Provide effective support for those seeking to maintain and/or develop their facilities and/or buildings in support of organisational and community development.
