Location: Bristol Contract: Interim - 6 months initially Day Rate: £Negotiable (dependent on experience) Sellick Partnership Ltd is working in partnership with a public sector organisation to recruit a Director of Housing and Property Services for an initial six-month assignment based in Bristol.
The Role
This senior leadership role is responsible for delivering high-quality, affordable and energy-efficient homes across the council. The postholder will ensure sound financial and environmental returns from property and glebe assets, including developments and disposals, and provide strategic oversight and expert advice on buildings and land ownership. The role will lead Housing Property Services to support organisational and community development, ensuring services are compliant, customer-focused and aligned with wider council priorities.
