Drive stakeholder engagement through effective communication and collaborative planning. Maintain rigorous control processes and ensure adherence to UK GAAP and IFRS standards. The ideal candidate Candidates should bring a strong background in finance transformation, system implementation, and process optimisation with proven leadership skills. Required qualifications

Qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA with PQ or fully qualified status. Many years’ experience within finance transformation, ERP deployment, or process re‑engineering. Demonstrable experience leading SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, Dynamics, or Sage projects. Solid understanding of UK GAAP, IFRS, and financial control frameworks. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data analytics tools. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership abilities. Proven project management skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives.
