The Opportunity

An incredible client of ours is seeking an accomplished senior professional to lead its most exclusive guest and hospitality programmes. This position combines strategic leadership with operational oversight, delivering exceptional hospitality experiences, corporate hosting, and bespoke events for an elite global audience.


The Role

Reporting into senior commercial leadership, this individual will:

  • Define and implement a long-term premium hospitality strategy, aligning with brand positioning and commercial objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and continuous enhancement of high-end hospitality offerings, including trackside clubs, corporate suites, and private event experiences.
  • Manage the delivery of catering and F&B services, ensuring exceptional quality, sustainability, and innovative presentation.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with commercial, marketing, operations, and supplier partners to ensure seamless delivery across all touchpoints.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure success, optimise profitability, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide leadership and direction to a specialist hospitality team, ensuring high standards of performance, creativity, and guest engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to expand and diversify premium experience offerings to strengthen brand loyalty and unlock new revenue streams.


The Candidate

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Significant experience in senior hospitality or event management roles, ideally within motorsport, major sports, or high-profile entertainment environments.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and delivering world-class guest experiences for VIP, corporate, and high-net-worth audiences.
  • Strong commercial and operational acumen, with the ability to balance creativity and financial performance.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing high-performing teams.
  • A proven ability to operate at pace, managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects to flawless execution.
