Director of Data & AI - London (3 days per week in office)
£150,000 - £170,000 base + Bonus circa 30% - PE Owned
Location: London
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a data team of approximately 15 people.
- Drive the development and enhancement of the company’s data platform.
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Champion the adoption of AI use cases within the organisation.
- Provide strategic technical direction and mentorship to the data team.
Qualifications
- Background as a Director of Data, Head of Data, or equivalent senior data role.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills and experience dealing with complex stakeholder environments.
- Deep appreciation of a robust data platform and its operational requirements.
- Ability to demonstrate technical expertise, particularly in data platform architecture, to inspire the team.
- Passion for AI and experience in implementing AI initiatives.
