OverviewDirector of Content & Creative at iManage. Lead the content and creative function for a high-growth B2B SaaS company serving the legal tech and knowledge work markets. Own content strategy and creative execution, partnering with Brand to ensure strategic alignment while building a high-performing internal agency across two geographic locations. Requires in-office presence on Tuesdays & Thursdays for collaboration and learning, while maintaining flexibility for work-life balance. This is a transformational role with a mandate to evolve from a reactive, campaign-led model to a proactive, audience-led, AI-augmented content and creative engine.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: take messaging and positioning from Brand and Portfolio Marketing, translating narrative frameworks into content and creative that land with target audiences; ensure output aligns with brand guardrails and evolving brand guidelines.Content & Creative Execution: drive cohesive market presence in partnership with Brand on messaging and distribution; turn product and customer stories into compelling content for target audiences.AI-First Transformation: redesign workflows, tooling, and quality standards so AI is embedded across content creation and creative production, not bolted on; build and own audience intelligence capabilities to inform voice and content approach.Internal Agency Development: establish and operate an internal agency model delivering brand, content, and creative work; define intake processes, prioritisation, and service levels; create efficient workflows balancing strategic projects with day-to-day work.Team Leadership & Development: lead a team of approximately 10 across Content and Creative; manage two direct reports (Head of Content, London and Head of Creative, London); foster collaboration across London and Chicago offices; identify skill gaps and drive upskilling.Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Social Media, Customer Advocacy, Brand, PR, Portfolio Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Sales to ensure integrated campaigns and aligned messaging.Execution & Operations: establish processes, governance, and metrics to demonstrate impact on business outcomes; balance strategic thinking with hands-on involvement in key campaigns.Qualifications12-15+ years of experience in brand, content, creative, or integrated marketing roles; strong track record in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.5+ years of people management experience with a track record of building high-performing teams.Proven ability to develop and execute content and creative strategies aligned with brand and business goals; experience building scalable processes in mid-sized growth-stage companies with limited resources.Deep strategic thinking with ability to translate business objectives into actionable content and creative plans; fluent in brand strategy to effectively partner with Brand leadership.Experience building internal agency or centralized creative services models; understanding of how generational shifts and changing buyer behaviors reshape B2B marketing, particularly in professional services or legal markets.Demonstrated experience building AI-first workflows and redesigning team operations around AI; proficiency with tools such as Jasper AI, Asana, Adobe.Strong audience research and insight capability to understand how buyer communities consume content and how language resonates for shaping content strategy and voice.Excellent executive presence and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Bonus PointsExperience in legal tech, professional services technology, or knowledge management sectors.Track record of navigating digital transformation or AI adoption in marketing.Understanding of how AI is reshaping content creation, creative production, and brand development; experience marketing to legal professionals, knowledge workers, or other sophisticated B2B audiences.Exposure to brand positioning or repositioning initiatives and working alongside brand strategy.Experience managing geographically distributed teams across US and international offices.Familiarity with how younger generations of legal professionals and knowledge workers consume content and make technology decisions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
