As the Director of Catering, you will oversee the smooth running of the contract with an annual turnover in excess of £5m. You will lead an inspire a team of up to 50 in this multi-faceted venue, consisting of multiple retail outlets and Hospitality, meeting and event space. Whilst this site will be your home, you will also be responsible for a smaller site with a retail offering.

The ideal Director of Catering will also have the following experience/ skills;
Working within a General management role for a minimum of 3 years.
Extensive knowledge of all departments with a strong focus of sales and marketing
Managed teams of 40+
