Overview
Miryco is partnering with a leading investment management firm, seeking a Middle Office Product Manager to drive the Technology Platforms strategy and modernisation of its Middle Office platforms.
This role is central to advancing the firm’s technology transformation within the Middle Office, with a strong focus on agility, user-centric design, and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will join a high-performing digital product management team focused on shaping the strategic vision and roadmap for platforms supporting Middle Office Operations and new technology implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead product management initiatives for one or more strategic technology products with cross-divisional impact, ensuring continuous design improvement and delivery excellence. Collaborate across functions to establish best practices that enhance the client and user experience, ensuring alignment with key business drivers and measurable outcomes. Coach and mentor product teams, fostering the adoption of best practices and consistent communication strategies. Drive stakeholder alignment, maintaining strong relationships across internal teams and external partners to promote cohesive decision-making and delivery. Oversee product lifecycle activities, including planning, development, and implementation of new technology products. Define market needs, develop requirements, and create implementation roadmaps. Leverage data and analytics to continuously enhance user experience and inform decision-making. Influence strategic planning, contributing to ongoing business prioritization and operational alignment. Champion modern engineering practices, such as continuous integration and automated deployment, to ensure scalable and efficient product delivery. Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree . Extensive experience in product management or related functions, with proven success leading large cross-functional initiatives within financial services or asset management. Strong knowledge of Middle Office operations and systems (SimCorp experience ). Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for driving digital transformation.
