Job Description

Doceree is the only Healthcare OS in the pharmaceutical ecosystem. As the first global network of physician-only platforms for programmatic messaging, Doceree is transforming the digital communication landscape in the global healthcare industry.

Doceree provides the most comprehensive solution to Healthcare and Life Sciences advertisers to reach their target audience in the most effective and efficient way through programmatic digital advertising.

Our Core Belief: Technology can connect fragmented healthcare ecosystems to deliver information when it is most needed to improve patients' outcomes.

We are expanding out footprints across the globe and enhancing our services, offering, and developing new products and solutions to address the unmet needs of the industry. Doceree is operating in 25 countries currently with offices in the US, India, and UK.

What you’ll Do

As we accelerate our expansion into European point-of-care environments, we are looking for a commercially driven physician leader to drive key partnerships with leading POC providers embedded within hospitals, clinics, and primary care settings across the UK & Europe.

POC platforms represent one of the most compelling frontiers in healthcare engagement, enabling access to clinicians at the precise moment a clinical decision is being made, and this role puts you at the heart of that frontier for an entire continent. This is a high impact role combining end-to-end business development ownership, clinical leadership, and product influence – sitting at the intersection of commercial growth and the future of healthcare communication globally.

Own End-to-End POC Business Development

  • Build and own a strong pipeline of partnerships with POC providers across Europe
  • Lead the full deal lifecycle from outbound prospecting through to negotiation and contract close
  • Structure and close complex commercial agreements including pilots, revenue-share partnerships, and long-term platform integrations
  • Collaborate closely with product, legal, finance and marketing teams to refine GTM strategy and messaging
  • Drive revenue growth and market expansion across priority European markets

Serve as the Clinical Champion

  • Act as Doceree’s clinical voice in partner and market-facing engagements
  • Lead executive and clinical conversations with platform operators, health systems, and key stakeholders
  • Translate clinical workflows and realities into compelling commercial value propositions
  • Address questions around clinical relevance, POC workflow integrations, and ethical HCP engagement
  • Engage with clinical networks, KOLs, and professional bodies to strengthen credibility and adoption

Shape Product Roadmap & POC Integration Strategy

  • Advise the product team on features essential for POC adoption
  • Translate partner and market insights into actionable product and integration requirements
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to optimise Doceree’s offering for POC environments
  • Validate new commercial product concepts with partners and flag regulatory or clinical considerations early
  • Ensure Doceree’s offering is optimised for in-workflow engagement across diverse European care settings

Who you are

  • Medical Degree with active or recent clinical experience
  • Proven track record in business development, partnerships or sales within healthcare or digital health
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to own and close complex deals
  • Experience working with or alongside POC platforms, clinical systems, or in-workflow technologies
  • Deep understanding of UK and/or European healthcare systens and regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communicator, able to bridge clinical, and commercial conversations
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in a high-growth environment
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising, HCP engagement platforms, or POC media
  • Additional European language(s) are a significant advantage
  • MBA or equivalent commercial training is a plus but not required

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and uncapped commission plan
  • Private healthcare
  • Generous annual leave
  • Referral bonuses
  • Team events
