Your new company You will be joining a well-established SME multidisciplinary consultancy with several offices across the UK and a growing presence in the Midlands. The business delivers a wide range of building services and multidisciplinary engineering projects across both public and private sectors and has developed a strong reputation for technical quality, collaboration, and long-term client relationships.
The Birmingham office already has an experienced team and a healthy pipeline of secured work. The company is now looking to appoint a Building Services Director to lead, strengthen, and grow this important regional base, with full support from the wider leadership team.

Your new role As Building Services Director, you will lead the technical, commercial, and operational performance of the Birmingham office. You will oversee and develop the existing team while scaling the office to approximately 15 staff as project demand grows.
