Challenger bank in London is growing and, on the search, to appoint a director who has experience of working within an origination role across asset-backed lending.
Overall remit will be to play a senior part in growing the banks lender to lender offering.
As a director you will have a 360 view of the business and involvement across the deal cycle from the origination through to portfolio management.
We are keen to speak with those with a track record of originating and building lasting relations with lenders. Working across bridging & development loans.
As a director you will be responsible for credit assessments, preparing credit papers, working with financial models, looking at risks, approvals & reviews, and working closely with various teams across the bank.
Prepare and present high‑quality credit papers to Credit Committee, confidently articulating complex financial, structural and risk considerations.
Candidate Profile:
Experience in asset backed lending or similar relevant field.
Have sat within a senior role and been involved on both the origination side as well as the portfolio management side.
