Your Role
As a Cybersecurity Director in our consulting practice, you will lead strategic engagements that help clients navigate complex security challenges, build resilience, and transform their digital trust capabilities. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape cybersecurity strategies, deliver impactful solutions, and grow our consulting footprint across industries.
Role
- Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
- Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
- Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.
Your Profile
- Driving business transformation by integrating cybersecurity into broader digital and operational strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements.
- Championing Capgemini Invent DNA by fostering innovation, collaboration, and a people‑first mindset across multidisciplinary teams.
- Leading high‑performing teams and mentoring future leaders, while managing client relationships and delivering excellence in execution.
- Applying deep technical expertise in areas such as cloud security, identity & access management, threat intelligence, and risk management to solve complex client challenges.
- Contribute to a supportive team culture that prioritizes continuous learning, inclusion, and the development of our people.
- Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent.
- Cloud certifications (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus.
- Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
- Experience of proposition building and delivery.
- Business development – utilising a combination of the organisation’s broader pre‑existing relationships, company relationships and your own network, you’ll be generating c.£2m of consulting revenues (Director).
