Our Key Route Network team is excited to offer a brand-new, 12-month opportunity for a Digital Traffic Regulation Order (DTRO) Coordinator. In this pivotal role, youll work closely with local authorities to digitise and standardise traffic regulation orders, creating a centralised, accessible mapping database that can be easily shared and utilised. This is a varied and impactful role where youll collect and verify traffic regulation order data, manage and maintain the regional database, and ensure full compliance with Department for Transport (DfT) guidance. Youll have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas and modernise how we manage traffic information, enhancing efficiency, and delivering tangible benefits for road users across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a project supporting DfT legislation to create a traffic database acting as a single point of truth to improve road safety and prepare the UK for a future of autonomous vehicles.
