The Job Mission
We are seeking a Digital Project Manager with experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and digital transformation to support delivery across a complex, high value infrastructure programme at Sizewell C.
This role is focused on the project management and coordination of PLM system implementation and business change activities, rather than technical configuration. You will operate in a complex and evolving environment, ensuring delivery is structured, governed and aligned across engineering, IT and business stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of PLM projects within agreed time, cost and quality constraints.
• Oversee system implementation delivered by vendors, integrators and internal technical teams.
• Develop and maintain project delivery plans with clear milestones and progress tracking.
• Coordinate across engineering, IT and business teams to ensure alignment of delivery activities.
• Manage interdependencies between PLM systems, engineering data and wider digital workstreams.
• Lead business change activities including stakeholder engagement, readiness and adoption support.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring effective governance and escalation processes.
• Produce clear reporting on delivery status, risks, milestones and overall programme performance.
• Support financial tracking and alignment of delivery activities with budget expectations.
• Act as central coordination point between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
Essential Skills
• Proven experience delivering PLM or enterprise system implementations within complex programmes.
• Strong background in digital transformation and business change within engineering environments.
• Experience managing suppliers, system integrators and third-party delivery partners.
• Strong project management capability across planning, governance, reporting and coordination.
• Ability to manage delivery in evolving environments with changing requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all organisational levels.
• Ability to bridge technical and business teams without requiring deep technical expertise.
• Proficiency in project tools including MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
✔️ Desired Skills
• Experience with PLM platforms such as Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE, Teamcenter or Windchill.
• Experience within nuclear or major infrastructure programmes such as Hinkley Point C.
• Professional project management accreditation such as APM or PRINCE2.
• Exposure to digital engineering environments such as BIM or digital twin technologies.
• Commercial awareness in supplier and delivery partner management.
