Digital Product Manager, Professional Services, AI, RPA, Mainly Remote Digital Product Manager required to join a Professional Services firm based in Central London. The role is mainly remote with occasional visits to the London offices about twice a month. Responsibilities

Lead product and feature discovery, requirements gathering, and user story creation. Drive product operations excellence and oversee day‑to‑day product management processes. Act as a bridge between technical development teams and business stakeholders. Identify and implement AI, RPA, and LLM solutions to support the professional services vertical. Ensure effective stakeholder management, especially with senior, partner‑level or C‑suite level individuals. Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring on‑time delivery. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and prioritize features. Provide clear, concise communication across all levels of the organization. Set ambitious targets and drive results, with minimal oversight.

Qualifications

Strong skills in product discovery, requirements gathering, and user stories. Stakeholder management experience, comfortable working with senior leadership. Experience or familiarity with professional services and ability to appreciate the industry nuances. Understanding of technical development teams, their processes, and communication styles. Strong IT/technical department knowledge and organizational awareness. Business acumen and strategic thinking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for learning and applying new technologies such as AI, RPA, and LLMs. Agile experience, with or without a certification. Project Management, Business Analyst (CBAP) or similar accreditation, or BRMP desirable. Self‑confident, independent, able to drive initiatives and make an impact.
