Key Responsibilities of the Digital Print Operator:
* Operating B2 digital HP printing equipment
* Setting up print jobs with precision materials, calibration, and settings dialled in perfectly
* Keeping production flowing by collaborating with the team to hit deadlines
* Carrying out quality checks to ensure every print meets our high standards
* Troubleshooting issues quickly and effectively to minimise downtime
* Performing routine maintenance to keep machines running at peak performance
* Maintaining accurate records of jobs, materials, and consumables
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience with production-level digital print machines (HP experience highly desirable)
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of your output
* A sharp eye for detail and commitment to quality
* Confidence working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Problem-solving mindset with strong technical awareness
* Experienced Litho B1/B2 printers will be considered
