Location: Northampton (1 day per week onsite)

Looking for a meaty contract with real ownership? This Senior Digital Channel Manager role offers a 12‑month assignment leading digital acquisition and performance across a large, fast‑moving e‑commerce environment.


You’ll take charge of SEO, paid media, and email, steering both strategy and execution while leading a team of experienced digital specialists. The focus is on high‑quality traffic, efficient spend, and a joined‑up customer journey—balancing commercial outcomes with excellent digital experiences.


With one day per week onsite in Northampton, this role gives you the right mix of collaboration and flexibility.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning day‑to‑day performance across SEO, paid media, and email
  • Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of senior digital specialists
  • Driving efficient acquisition spend aligned to margin targets
  • Overseeing high‑quality onsite and category content
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders and external agencies
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection and advertising standards


What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Strong hands‑on background in SEO and paid media
  • Proven people‑management experience
  • Commercial mindset with a data‑driven approach
