Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Media / Performance)

£290/day (Inside IR35)

2-month contract


I’m currently working with a globally recognised, media and publishing business who are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join their team on a short-term 2 month contract.


This is a great opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership, and deliver measurable impact quickly.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead media planning and execution across paid channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other key platforms
  • Conduct rapid audits and optimisation of existing campaigns to improve performance
  • Manage budget allocation, audience targeting, and creative testing
  • Drive a strong performance marketing approach, focusing on KPIs such as CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and overall efficiency
  • Implement a robust testing strategy (A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages)
  • Use data and analytics tools to turn insights into actionable improvements
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across consumer and cross-functional teams
  • Work across CRM, CMS, and marketing automation tools, adapting quickly to new and proprietary platforms
