The Role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead paid and organic digital campaigns across social and search. You’ll play a key role in driving streams, fan engagement, and audience growth for our artists.

This role blends performance marketing with music culture — ideal for someone who understands both platforms and fan behaviour.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and search (Google Ads, YouTube)
  • Manage paid media campaigns to drive streams, video views, and fan acquisition
  • Collaborate with artist teams to develop campaign strategies for releases
  • Oversee organic and paid social alignment for launches and always-on activity
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise based on data and insights
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting across multiple artist campaigns
  • Work closely with creative teams on content strategy and ad assets
  • Stay on top of platform trends, music culture, and emerging channels


Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, paid media, or performance marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google/YouTube Ads
  • Experience running campaigns focused on engagement, video views, or streaming
  • Strong understanding of social platforms and audience behaviour
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision making
  • Highly organised with experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously


Nice to Have

  • Experience in music, entertainment, or media
  • Understanding of streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube)
  • Experience working with artists, talent, or cultural brands
  • Familiarity with influencer or creator-led campaigns


Working Setup

  • Full-time role
  • Hybrid working (typically 3 days in office, 2 days remote)


Salary

  • Up to £50,000 depending on experience
