Overview Junior Adventures Group UK is looking for a hands‑on and data‑driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. You’ll play a key role in delivering digital campaigns, managing website content, and driving performance insights across our multi‑brand portfolio. You’ll be joining at an exciting time for the business, with major digital transformation projects underway including a new web build, brand evolution and a stronger focus on data‑led marketing. Responsibilities
Own day‑to‑day use of GA4 to track campaign and website performance. Build regular reports, analyse user behaviour, and identify opportunities to improve conversion and engagement. Translate marketing plans into clear digital briefs for agencies across paid media (Google Ads, Meta) and landing pages. Coordinate delivery, manage timelines, feedback and optimisation cycles. Execute website updates and landing page builds via Storyblok CMS. Ensure all content is accurate, SEO‑friendly, on‑brand and aligned to campaign messaging. Support the rollout of multi‑channel campaigns across digital touchpoints. Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly and on schedule. Support A/B testing and continuous optimisation of campaigns and website journeys using data and insights. Create and adapt content for social channels using tools such as Canva. Support scheduling and campaign rollouts, working with designers where needed. Work with internal teams (BD, Ops, CX, IT) and external partners (digital agency, designers, PR) to ensure alignment and effective delivery. Support the measurement of campaign performance, providing clear reporting on KPIs and ROI to inform future activity. Support the use and optimisation of key platforms including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Storyblok, Google Ads, Meta Ads and scheduling tools.
Qualifications
2–3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role. Strong working knowledge of GA4 (essential). Experience executing digital campaigns and working with agencies. Experience using a CMS (Storyblok, WordPress or similar). Understanding of digital channels including paid media, SEO and social. Comfortable creating basic creative assets (e.g. Canva). Strong organisational and time‑management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and take action. High attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Nice to Have
Exposure to CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp). Experience with A/B testing or CRO. Experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads platforms. Basic understanding of SEO best practices.

Location Our Marketing team are currently located in Wokingham. We promote flexible working locations: primarily Wokingham based with 2–3 days a week from home. Working Hours 40 hours per week are our standard full‑time hours between 8.30am and 6.30pm but we are super flexible and will also consider part‑time for the right person. #J-18808-Ljbffr
