Plan and manage content calendars aligned with campaigns Create and publish engaging, scroll-stopping content Monitor performance and continuously improve engagement Use Hootsuite to keep everything running smoothly

Email Marketing

Build and deliver impactful campaigns using Mailchimp Write targeted, high-quality email copy Ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and strong audience targeting

Design & Creative

Create eye‑catching assets using Adobe & Canva Deliver polished visuals with minimal revisions Support campaign materials, job fairs, and local marketing

Website & Content

Update and manage website content via WordPress Write blogs, landing pages, and SEO‑friendly copy Keep content fresh, engaging, and on‑brand

Paid Campaign Support

Assist with paid social and Google Ads campaigns Support with creative, copy, and set‑up Contribute ideas to improve performance

Collaboration & Support

Work closely with the marketing team and branches Support employer brand and internal campaigns Help maintain consistent messaging across all channels

What You’ll Bring Essential

2–3+ years in a hands‑on marketing role Strong social media management experience Email marketing experience (Mailchimp preferred) Design skills (Adobe & Canva) WordPress experience Excellent copywriting skills Strong attention to detail and brand consistency Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
