CV Screen is recruiting for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join a well-established and growing B2B organisation, based near Worcester.

WHO WOULD THIS ROLE SUIT:
The ideal candidate will join a fast-paced, creative team, supporting and helping shape campaigns across digital, social, events, and other channels for design-led, lifestyle-focused brands. They will contribute ideas, creativity, and attention to detail to help bring marketing initiatives to life, elevate brand presence, and deliver high-impact results across multiple touchpoints.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
Support omni-channel marketing campaigns across all channels
Manage website content, product updates, and agency work
Create, schedule, and report on social media
Assist with events, exhibitions, and trade shows
Produce and update marketing and sales materials
Contribute to photoshoots, video, retouching, and copywriting
Monitor competitors, market trends, and campaign performance

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Confident with digital platforms and CMS
Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
Sharp communicator with an eye for detail
Organised, proactive, and thrives in a team or solo
A passion for fashion, luxury, and lifestyle brands would be highly desirable

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
A salary up to £29,000 is available depending on experience.
