We are looking for a Digital Manufacturing Engineer for a 12-month contract based in Derby on behalf of Rolls-Royce who develop cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe and competitive solutions to meet the planets vital power needs. Job description - the role: Supporting the Compression Systems business within Civil Aerospace, pioneering the deployment of new technologies and systems into manufacturing environments across the group. As a Digital Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for: Deployment of new digital capability and the support of existing through liaison with other Digital teams and directly with operational teams in the business. Promote the appropriate standardisation of best practise across the business whilst maintaining synergy with other business units and functions (e.g.: Design Engineering). Develop a digital mindset in people, establish and maintain CoPs and key user networks for the digital technologies.
