This role is central to shaping and delivering the Foundation’s digital learning offer. As part of a dynamic and collaborative team, you will play a key role in building partnerships across the sector, supporting engagement with practitioners, and helping to extend the reach and impact of the Foundation’s work.

You will work closely with senior colleagues, programme teams, and external partners to translate organisational strategy into practical, scalable digital solutions. The role combines hands-on platform management with strategic input into the design and delivery of digital learning. You will lead improvements in user experience and accessibility, coordinate the development of high-quality learning resources, and use data, feedback and emerging tools such as AI where appropriate to drive continuous improvement.

The Bell Foundation was established in 2012 and has grown significantly to become a leading authority on English as an Additional Language (EAL) in education.
