My industry-leading client is looking for a Chief Digital Officer to join their board on a contract basis. This major eCommerce business has a solution-based product with ambitious growth plans for the year, aiming to become an international market leader.

You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness of the board and individual directors, both inside and outside the boardroom. Your responsibilities include ensuring effective communication with the leadership team, acting as a sounding board for the CEO, running quarterly board meetings, and supporting the CEO and team efficiently and impartially. You will review governance to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards and may sit on grievance and appeal panels when necessary.
