The Role Oxfam Ireland is committed to driving sustainable, circular fashion through our network of shops across the island. This role plays a critical part in amplifying Oxfams retail voice online, engaging diverse audiences through dynamic digital storytelling, creative content, and engaging visual communications. The Digital Content Executive will curate and manage multimedia content for web and social platforms that enhances the visibility of Oxfams pre-loved retail offering, supports retail campaigns, and grows audience engagement. The role will work closely with Retail, Digital, and Communications teams to align messaging and maximise reach. This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who lives and breathes social media, loves storytelling, and wants to help make second-hand the first choice. To be considered for the role, candidates should possess a range of skills and experience including: Proven experience creating engaging digital content, especially for social media and web platforms. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for a variety of audiences and formats. Basic graphic design and multimedia editing skills (Canva, Adobe tools, or similar) Demonstrated understanding of audience engagement tactics and trends across social and digital platforms.
