As a Digital Cloud Solution Architect (DCSA), you will be a key technical sales leader at Microsoft, shaping customer relationships and driving adoption of cloud services, especially Azure. You will serve as the main contact for customer engagements, helping to expand cloud consumption and ensure successful deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage customer engagements to achieve revenue and consumption targets.
• Guide customer strategy and growth, promoting Microsoft solutions that drive impact and establish Microsoft as a leader.
• Analyze customer usage versus needs to drive greater Azure consumption and optimize solutions.
• Design solutions aligning with business and IT needs, ensuring technical viability and successful deployment.
• Conduct Architectural Design Sessions to plan solution implementations.
• Collaborate with other architects and teams to ensure proper deployment of cloud solutions.
• Manage customer progress, forecast, assess risks, and participate in pipeline reviews to meet targets.

Qualifications

Required

• Experience in technical architecture, consulting, design, implementation, or sales.
• Or a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with relevant experience.
• Or relevant Microsoft or other platform certifications with experience.
• Experience with cloud solutions, migrations, and management.
