We’re Hiring: Property & Casualty Development Underwriter

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Benefits

A growing and well-respected MGA is looking for an experienced Property & Casualty Development Underwriter to join its expanding team.

This is a great opportunity to work across mid-market and SME commercial risks, build strong broker relationships, and play a key role in developing a profitable portfolio within a collaborative environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Underwriting new business and renewals within authority
  • Building and managing broker relationships
  • Driving profitable growth across the portfolio
  • Identifying new business and cross-selling opportunities

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years’ commercial underwriting experience (P&C preferred)
  • Strong broker trading experience
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on profitability
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
