Job Description
Company Description
Feastwalk is going to re-define the food tour - cutting out the stories of old buildings, the tiny samples of food and the endless tourist traps. Instead, we’re putting food front and centre. Feastwalk isn’t a food tour - it’s an indulgent, high quality supper club on foot, with the best food on offer, generous portions, and behind-the-scenes access. No compromises.
Role Description
This a part-time/freelance role, based remotely in London. We’re looking for someone creative, business-minded, and most of all food-obsessed to become the future leader of our London operations. You’ll be one of the first team members joining the business, and have the chance to become an integral member of the leadership team.
At this early stage, the role has 2x primary functions:
1 - Experience design
- You’ll take the Feastwalk concept and use your creativity alongside knowledge of the London food scene to develop Feastwalk products/experiences in London.
- This will involve all elements, from taking an initial idea, through to designing the route, agreeing partnerships with restaurants and food businesses, and constantly improving and refining based on client feedback.
2 - Experience delivery
- In the early stages, you’ll be the guide/leader, taking guests around London to enjoy the experiences that you’ve designed. As we scale, you’ll have the opportunity to hire guides/leaders.
- Once operational, you’ll be responsible for all scheduling and operations.
This is one of the most critical roles in the business, as your work will define the standard of experiences for our guests in what will be one of our flagship destinations.
About you
- Obsessed with food and the food and dining scene in London. You know all the best places to eat, the best dishes, and you can explain why they’re the best.
- You’re creative, full of new ideas, always seeing opportunities.
- You balance your creativity with a shrewd business mind - you understand what customers want, how to add value, how to take feedback from guests and use it to improve.
- You’re persuasive, driven, but win/win oriented- you want to build partnerships with restaurants and food businesses, making sure we offer something unique for our guests, but that adds value and gives back to our partners.
- You’re outgoing, energetic, and love nothing more than reaching out and making new connections.
This role is non-salaried whilst we’re building the business, but you’ll receive a share of every sale minus restaurant costs until our revenue is at a stage to cover a full-time salary.
You may show your interest via Linkedin. Or send an email explaining why you're excited about this role, and why you think you'd be the perfect fit, to contact@feastwalk.com.
