Description
The key responsibilities for the Deskside Support Engineer are:
Provide on-site technical support to resolve hardware and software issues efficiently. Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment. Ensure timely resolution of tickets logged through the IT support system. Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes and procedures. Collaborate with the wider technology team to implement IT projects and upgrades. Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Identify and escalate recurring issues to relevant teams for resolution. Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.Profile
