Designer - AutoCAD, Revit

We’re working with an innovative design team specialising in modern, sustainable construction methods. With over 2 decades of experience and a close-knit, collaborative culture, you’ll be joining a growing business with a long history of innovation. This role is based just outside of Stroud 3 days a week with ample parking on-site.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be part of a design team that takes projects from architectural drawings to factory-ready detail and site delivery. This is a fast-moving, collaborative role with the chance to work on a wide range of projects from university blocks to major residential builds alongside architects, engineers, manufacturers, and site teams.

Produce technical drawings and 3D models in AutoCAD & Revit. Create general arrangement drawings, material schedules, and fabrication documentation for manufacturing and installation. Liaise with factory, site teams, contractors, and engineers to resolve design challenges and keep production on track. Attend site visits and inspections (approx. once per month), helping to produce snagging lists and learn from live builds. Order materials.
