Think Selection are delighted to be working exclusively with a well-established independent trade book publishing house, who have asked us to find a talented and highly creative Designer to join their Fiction team.

In this varied role you’ll design a stunning range of fiction covers on themes that include crime and fantasy, and you’ll do some design work to create unique marketing assets for the fiction list.

We’re seeking a designer with fiction cover design experience and a sharp eye for market trends. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior designer ready to take the next step, or for a more experienced designer looking for a fresh challenge who'd be excited to work on an outstanding list of compelling fiction titles.

You’ll bring a solid understanding of preparing artwork for print and a keen awareness of current cover trends. Your strong communication skills, ability to manage schedules, and talent for working both independently and collaboratively will help you thrive in the role.

Confident in Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with print production processes, you’ll enjoy managing a variety of projects while working closely with colleagues across editorial, marketing, sales and production.

This full-time, permanent role is offered on a hybrid basis, with regular presence at the company’s London offices throughout the week.
