What you’ll do:

Lead the delivery of the full retail plan across the store driving commercial, operational, visual and people performance to deliver against the key retail metrics. Set the strategy and direction for the store, making sure every colleague knows their part to play and is held to account for delivering it. Own the change agenda landing transformation initiatives with clarity, urgency and pace. Build a high-performance culture by coaching managers, growing talent, and creating a store environment colleagues want to be a part of. Use data and insight to unlock opportunity, making fast, confident decisions that drive profit, improve service, and boost efficiency. Drive digital adoption and omnichannel capability - helping teams sell across all platforms and channels.
