DT Teacher required from September 2025 – Full-Time, Permanent Creative and forward-thinking DT department with excellent student outcomes Teach Product Design, Resistant Materials and support students in scholarship preparation

This respected independent day and boarding school in Bath is looking to appoint a skilled and enthusiastic Design & Technology Teacher to deliver DT across KS3 to A-Level. The school boasts a large, well-equipped workshop including 3D printers, laser cutters, CNC routers, and a full CAD suite.

You will be responsible for delivering exciting and progressive lessons in Product Design and Resistant Materials. You’ll also help students prepare for design competitions, university portfolios, and design scholarships.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about creative problem-solving, have a background in industrial design or engineering, and enjoy working with able and motivated students.

Experience and Qualifications • DT or Product Design degree with QTS or relevant independent school experience • Skilled in 3D modelling and CAD software (SolidWorks/Fusion 360) • Enthusiastic, creative, and excellent communicator • Committed to practical learning and innovation • Right to work in the UK
