This is a hands-on leadership role where youll manage a small but highly skilled design team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. Working closely with other departments, you will drive forward innovation, mentor team members, and oversee the full product lifecycle from concept through to delivery. £55,000 ( DOE ) Based in Clevedon, BS21 Mon-Fri / 8am-5pm / Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH)
