JOB TITLE: Design System Content Designer

LOCATION: London
SALARY: £70,929 - £78,810

HOURS: Full-Time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time in our London office.

About the opportunity

We’re looking for a content designer to help shape the language and documentation that underpin our design system. You’ll be responsible for crafting clear, consistent, and accessible guidance that supports teams building digital experiences across Web, iOS and Android platforms.

In this role, you’ll work closely with designers, engineers and accessibility specialists to document components, patterns and principles that ensure a cohesive experience across platforms. You’ll translate complex design and technical concepts into plain English, helping teams understand not just how to use the system, but why it works the way it does.

You’ll play a key role in making our design system easy to adopt and scale—ensuring that every piece of guidance reflects our voice, values and commitment to inclusive design.
