We’re working with a global creative agency that partners with some of the world’s most recognised brands, and they’re looking to bring in a talented Project Manager on a 6 month fixed term contract (Possibility of going permanent) to join their busy design studio.


This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys working at pace, thrives on organisation, and wants to be at the heart of delivering high-quality creative work across international teams.


The Opportunity

You’ll sit at the centre of project delivery — connecting clients with near-shore and offshore studio teams, ensuring projects run smoothly from brief to completion. Whether it’s a large-scale campaign or a quick turnaround request, you’ll be the driving force keeping everything on track.

You’ll also play a key role in shaping best practices, supporting senior leadership, and helping to build a high-performing project delivery function.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the day-to-day delivery of creative and production projects
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams
  • Keeping timelines, schedules, and workflows running efficiently
  • Supporting resource planning and managing project priorities
  • Monitoring budgets and tracking project costs
  • Ensuring quality standards are met before final delivery
  • Proactively identifying risks and keeping stakeholders informed


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in project management within a creative or production environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Understanding of creative processes and workflows
  • A proactive, solutions-driven approach with strong attention to detail
