The Role

They are recruiting for a talented and experienced Childrenswear Design Manager to lead a dynamic design team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape creative vision into commercially successful, licensor-approved apparel collections.

What You’ll Do:

Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership across multi-product categories

Manage and mentor a large design team, fostering a positive and supportive culture

Liaise with licensors, retailers, and internal teams to ensure brand alignment

Oversee creative briefs, quality control, and timely delivery

Stay ahead of market trends and drive innovation in seasonal collections

What We’re Looking For:

Degree in Fashion Design or similar

Minimum 6 years’ experience in the licensing industry

At least 3 years managing a large design team

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)

Strong knowledge of fabrics, techniques, and manufacturing processes
