Work is for a leading UK construction and property services company, committed to creating sustainable and connected communities.

The Role

You'll be a vital part of our project delivery team, overseeing all design and technical aspects from conception to completion. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Design Coordination: Managing the design process, ensuring all designs are fully coordinated, technically compliant, and align with project briefs and budget constraints. Stakeholder Management: Acting as the main point of contact for design-related matters, liaising with internal teams, external consultants, subcontractors, and clients. Document Control: Managing the flow of design information and technical documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date. Problem-Solving: Proactively identifying and resolving potential design risks and issues to maintain project momentum. Compliance: Ensuring all designs meet relevant regulations, standards, and health and safety requirements.
