As Design Manager you will be responsible for managing projects to ensure their safe completion, in accordance with programme, specification, and budget.

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 + Package

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee design processes during pre-construction and, when necessary, construction phases. Analyse and interpret Employer's Requirements documents. Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive Contractor's Proposals. Coordinate and supervise external design consultants Implement innovative and cost-effective design solutions. Ensure timely delivery of design information and resolve issues within strict deadlines.
