An established main contractor is seeking a Design Manager to join their team on a permanent basis, overseeing prestigious commercial and hospitality schemes in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the design process from pre-construction through to delivery

Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors

*

Ensure compliance with planning, building regulations, and client specifications

*

Lead design workshops and resolve technical issues

*

Review drawings and manage design change control

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Design Manager within the commercial or hospitality sectors

*

Strong understanding of design coordination, MEP integration, and architectural detailing

*

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

*

Relevant qualifications in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
