A well-established construction specialist is seeking a Design Manager to lead the delivery of complex structural and industrial construction projects. This role would suit a Design Manager with experience across industrial or specialist fit-out projects, who is comfortable managing multidisciplinary teams from post-tender through to completion.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the design process, ensuring coordination, compliance, and buildability across all stages of delivery.

Project & Design Management
Lead the process from post-tender through to project completion Coordinate architects, engineers, and specialist subcontractors Manage programmes, technical queries, and change control Identify, manage, and mitigate design and construction-related risks Team & Stakeholder Coordination
Communicate intent clearly to internal and external teams Ensure alignment between development and site delivery Act as the central point of contact Quality & Compliance
