We're Hiring: Freelance Design Manager

Location: Tunbridge wells Day rate: £400 - £450 Duration: ongoing We are looking for a Freelance Design manager for our client based from the Brighton office. Key Responsibilities of the Freelance Design Manager: Manage and coordinate the design process from pre-construction through to delivery. Ensure design information is delivered on time to meet programme requirements. Review drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements, security standards, and buildability. Lead design team meetings and manage the flow of information between stakeholders. Work closely with site and commercial teams to resolve design issues and maintain project progress. Ensure design solutions meet MOD and secure facility requirements. Required Qualifications/Experience as a Freelance Design Manager: Proven experience as a Design Manager within the construction sector. Experience delivering secure government, defence, custodial, or highly regulated projects is highly desirable. Strong understanding of design coordination and technical compliance. xehkeey Ability to manage multiple consultants and maintain design programmes.
